Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American actress and musician. Her fame is based on her theatre work and for starring as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actress (Female) and vocalist popular for her regular role in the TV show That's So Raven.
